PSALM 14 – THE FOOL AND THE RIGHTEOUS

“The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.” Psalm 14:1

In Psalm 14, King David speaks of two types of people: those who live without worrying about God and those who have been justified, the people Of God, the race of righteous people. Each of us belongs to one or the other category. Those who live without worrying about God are not only those who say that God does not exist, but this category also includes all those who call themselves Christians but do not follow God’s Commandments. They are Christians by name but behave like those who do not believe in the existence of God by their acts.
The other category is made up of the people Of God, those who will inherit Eternal Life. Those who believed in The Gospel, repented, decided to walk according to The Commandments Of God and received New Birth through The Holy Spirit. They have been justified by The Blood Of The Perfect Lamb.
Each of us should examine himself/herself and make the necessary changes to be part of the people Of God, the race of the righteous people, because only they will inherit Eternal Life.
